Mycotoxin contamination of food and feed is a serious problem throughout the world because of its impact on human and animal health as well as on economy. Japanese Society of Mycotoxicology (JSM) has been holding international conferences, International Symposium of Mycotoxicology (ISMYCO), since 1999, to have opportunities for understanding of mycotoxin problems in Asian region and strengthen Asian network for sharing scientific information to plan strategy for mycotoxin prevention and reduction. The Association of Mycotoxicology, Thailand (AMT) has been holding international conferences, International Conference of Mycotoxicology and Food Security (ICM), in 2017, 2018, and 2019 under the joint auspices of AMT and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University. ISMYCO and ICM meet in Bangkok in 2022 and have the joint international conference, named ISMYCO2022 & ICM2022.

This conference will provide cutting-edge information on mycotoxin research and cultivate Asian network for further deepening the cooperation and friendship among countries and individuals.
