Payment must be received prior to the conference date. If the payment is not received on time, admission to the conference will be refused.
Cancellation policy
Refunds, minus 1,000 Baht (3,000 Yen) administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received up to 1 August 2021. Cancellations are only valid if notice is received in writing. For cancellations made after 1 August 2021, no refunds will be paid. However, a participant may designate a substitute delegate.
